Ellen was born in Chicago, but moved with her family to Fort Myers, FL at a young age, where she graduated from high school. Since then, she has moved extensively throughout the country, spending time in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Texas and California, before returning to Fort Myers, FL.

Since moving back, Ellen has held a Florida license in Health & Life. She spent the last 8 years running her local contract Post Office to assist a family member and realized how much she loves the ability to help people. Ellen can relate to the average American through her own struggles with non-employee health coverage and has brought her talents to Informed Choice to introduce more people to products that can help with out-of-pocket costs, and to help people take care of themselves.

Ellen has 4 daughters ad 4 granddaughters. She enjoys reading and Florida activities during the not-so-hot winters.
